It is a legal requirement for a property to have an EPC prior to it being advertised for sale or lease. We are able to provide non-domestic EPC’s on all commercial property types.

An EPC is a document which states the energy efficiency of a building based on the standardised way the building is used and provides the building owner with several ways in which the efficiency could be improved.
